Timberline Studio LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the WireJournal mobile application and the Timberline Studio website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you create a business account in WireJournal:

• Business name
• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number and business address
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never store plain-text passwords)
• Security question and answer

When you join a business as a user:

• First and last name
• Username
• Password (stored as a secure hash)
• Security question and answer

When you use the app:

• Job and project data you create (notes, bids, parts lists, schedules)
• Photos you upload from your device
• In-app purchase and subscription information, processed by RevenueCat

When you contact us through our website:

• Your name, email address, and message content

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide the features and functionality of WireJournal
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan
• To respond to support requests and contact form messages
• To maintain the security of accounts (via security questions)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• RevenueCat — processes in-app subscription and purchase data. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts — our website loads fonts from Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for all data transmitted between the app and our servers. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and job data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
